THE FACILITIES OF OUR CAMPSITE IN LACONA

The pitches
The campsite is furnished with 107 pitches of various dimensions, according to the size of the vehicle and/or tent; all the pitches offer the use of electricity. Some of the plots face the sea while others are situated more inland, immersed in a rich vegetation of eucalyptus trees, cluster pines, cultivated pines, holm-oaks, lentisk, mimosa.
The pitches are separated by geranium and butterbush hedging. For the entire holiday season one person is assigned solely to the care and cleaning of the pitches.



Beaches: a wide choice between total peace and quiet and the most modern facilities
The campsite has direct access to two beaches of quite different characteristics. Guests may, in fact, choose between the well-organised beach of Lacona and the very quiet beach of Laconella.
- Lacona beach (10 mt from our campsite) offers bars, restaurants and 'pizzerias', news-stands and other facilities; umbrellas and sun-beds may be hired, as well as windsurfs, pedal boats, sail and motor boats and other water-sport equipment.
- The outstanding feature of Laconella beach (50 mt from our campsite), on the other hand, is its peaceful atmosphere; at the same time, the direct access from the beach to the campsite means that the camp and facilities are within easy reach.



Shopping, Cooking and Eating Out
Inside the campsite there are bars, restaurants and a pizzeria with a terrace looking out to the sea and the beautiful bay of Lacona. Whether you have dinner in the restaurant or breakfast in the bar you can admire the truly unique and spectacular view.

Although the mini market in the campsite is small it has a good supply of basic and fresh produce, fruit and vegetables, and also a very good choice of organic products. It also sells camping and sea equipment.



Toilet facilities
There are two toilet and washing facility blocks on the campsite, one covered and the other open, to cater to all demands and weather conditions. Each block contains toilets, showers (hot and cold), washbasins, sinks for washing-up and for laundry, and foot-baths.

In-site facilities
Free of charge for campers are the use of camper service, barbecues, bicycles, a bowling green, table football, table tennis and a small soccer field, Wi-Fi connection, picnic area and a well-equipped play area for children.
Bicycle rental is free.



Car parks inside and outside the camping
It is possible to park the car directly on the pitch itself or immediately nearby. There is, in any case (still within the camping area but separate from the pitches) a large car park for use whenever the car must be left overnight (eg. returning to the campsite after 11pm or by personal choice).

Other facilities
The campsite is connected with garage and repair services, as well as numerous other tourist services.

Pets are welcome.
